Seasonal Jobs at Willis Towers Watson

In addition to our career path roles, we offer challenging and exciting temporary opportunities on a seasonal basis. The majority of these positions are located within our OneExchange and Enrollment Resources Group (E.R.G.) businesses. We typically hire throughout the year for these roles, which can last anywhere from a few weeks to several months.

Enrollment Resources Group (E.R.G.) is a leading benefits communication and enrollment firm. We customize enrollment, education, and administration solutions for employers throughout the United States.

We primarily hire temporary Benefit Counselors, who serve as frontline ambassadors to our clients.  Our Benefit Counselors meet one-on-one with our clients’ employees, educating them about their core and/or voluntary benefit offerings, and enrolling employees into the benefits they desire.  Successful Benefit Counselors follow prescribed enrollment processes with the highest level of professionalism, and achieve specified levels of persistency and quality of production.
